The Midwest Academic & Resilience Cloud Computing Consortium (MARC³) is a group of colleges, universities and industry partners investigating the use of cloud computing infrastructure to support teaching and learning, cloud computing education and training, academic research, and entry-level resilience and recovery solutions for small to mid size businesses. The goal of our members is to make MARC³ a regional hub of academic and industry expertise in cloud computing and to set a standard nationally for cloud-based resilience and recovery for small to mid sized businesses. Future vision for the consortium includes the creation of a community cloud to support the mission of MARC³. MARC³ is currently in the formative stage and inquiries about participation and industry partnerships are very welcome.
